Why we exist

The move into the age of AI is going to reward organisations that can put AI to work responsibly, and it is going to punish the ones that either freeze or hand over judgement they should have kept. We started Resona HQ to build the missing middle: agents that are genuinely capable, genuinely accountable, and genuinely owned by the people they work for.

We would rather do a small number of workflows properly, with a clear record and a person in command, than promise a general intelligence that answers to no one. That is the standard we hold our own work to, and it is the standard we build into every product we ship.

Who we are

Resona HQ is an agentic-AI company, and an AI-native one: we run the company on the same agentic systems we build, so we live with our own standard every day. We build systems that do real operational work inside an organisation rather than sit beside it as another dashboard. Our view is that the next decade of work is not about adding one more tool. It is about giving organisations capable, accountable agents that carry a workflow end to end, keep a clear record of what happened, and stay inside the judgement their people set. The people set the intent, the agents carry out the execution, and the human time that frees up goes back to the work that genuinely needs a person.

We build that capability once, then apply it to the places where it earns its keep. PsychSecure, our first product, applies it to the way employers manage workplace psychosocial risk. More applications will follow the same pattern: take a workflow that matters, run it with agents, and give the people who own it clarity and range they did not have before.
